My client is a well established and growing Financial Services provider based in the East Midlands. Due to the continued success of the business and subsequent growth of the Compliance function, they are currently recruiting for a Complaints Specialist.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance you will ensure that agency and client reported complaints are captured, analysed, monitored and controlled.Complaints management will involve gathering data and information in a timely manner, producing root cause analysis, charts and governance to support the overall oversight activities of the team and the assurance of clients.
Your main responsibilities will include-
Gather data from suppliers and clients on a regular basis
Analyse data, deepen investigations into core risk areas and pursue immediate rectification where required
Root cause: Service and High Degree complaints
Create, maintain and deliver complaint dashboards, reports in-line with agreed SLAs and requirements
Carry out insight activity, workshops with clients and suppliers as required
The ability to handle high level complaints and resolve within given SLA.
You will be a Complaints professional with previous experience and transferable skills you can bring to the role. You will have experience of assessing data and information against policy and procedures, management of monitoring 3rd parties or supplier complaints/activity and experience of working within a dynamic compliance and operational environment.
